Level 2 (Years 1 & 2) |
We work at Level 2 of the CSF II, but offer extension activities at Level 3 and cater for individual needs. We have Reading Recovery and Early Years Literacy and Numeracy.
Themes are based on CSF II over a 2 year period and are integrated across the curriculum. Excursions and Incursions are arranged.
Spelling and Reading homework is completed each week.
Rotation of teachers’ expertise is used to enrich Technology, Science, S.O.S.E. and The Arts.
A computer area is used by all Junior students and is networked to other Units in the school.
